The Winter Garden Fire Rescue Department believes that preparation is the key to ensuring the safety of our community during emergencies. Whether facing natural disasters like hurricanes or man-made incidents, the department strives to provide the resources and support needed to keep the residents and vistors of Winter Garden safe.

The EOC coordinates emergency responses and resources, ensuring the safety and protection of the community. The city also activates the EOC during large events and gatherings to maintain situational awareness and provide rapid response if needed.
