The City of Winter Garden provides public safety services in the following areas:
- Winter Garden Fire Rescue Department provides emergency fire and rescue operations, emergency medical services, along with fire prevention and life safety planning.
- Winter Garden Police Department is responsible for protecting life, property, and the constitutional rights of all citizens.
Both the Winter Garden Police Department and the Fire/Rescue Department report to the City Manager.
