The Winter Garden Fire/Rescue Department provides Advance Life Support (ALS) Paramedic-level services and ground transport services to the citizens and visitors of Winter Garden. Winter Garden utilizes a fire-based EMS system, in which medical patients are treated and transported to the hospital by the Fire Department. This system improves the level of service and ensures continuity of care from patient contact to transfer of care to hospital staff.
