The original CRA Plan was adopted in 1992 and has and continues to be the implementation guide in the City's revitalization efforts. Downtown Winter Garden's revitalization efforts have created one of the most popular downtowns in Central Florida. Once the parking garage was completed in 2016, the CRA made the strategic decision to focus revitalization efforts on the Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood. The East Winter Garden Plan was created with massive community input and support which was adopted in 2018.
These two plans guide the revitalization efforts moving forward.
