Building Department Online Payments Now Available!
We're excited to announce that online payments are now available for building permit applications submitted on or after March 1, 2025.
This new feature offers a faster, more convenient way to pay permit fees directly through our permitting portal (BS&A) — saving you time and streamlining the permitting process.
Who can use it?
Anyone who submitted a building permit application on or after 03/01/2025.
Which online payment methods are available?
- Visa
- Mastercard
- AMEX
- Discover
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- US Bank Accounts (ACH)
Is there a service fee associated with online payments?
Yes, all online payments will have a service fee automatically applied at checkout. These fees vary and an exact amount cannot be determined until calculated by the system.
How to pay:
- Go to: https://bsaonline.com/Home/MunicipalityHome?uid=3123
- Click “Services” in the top left corner
- Click “Pay a Building Department Fee”
- You may search by record number (permit number/project number), Name, Address, or Invoice Number
- Click “Review And Pay”
- Select the invoice you would like to pay
- Click “Pay Now”
- You may continue as a guest or sign into your BS&A account
- Enter your card/bank account information
- Click “Submit Payment”
Please note, you will still need to print your permit package and post on the jobsite prior to scheduling any inspections.
