Effective July 25, 2025, residents & commercial property owners within city limits may join a NO SOLICITATIONS LIST by completing and submitting a NOTICE OF NO SOLICITATION form. The list is maintained by the Winter Garden Police Department and prohibits the sale of goods, wares, and merchandise or requests for charitable contributions to the addresses on the list.
NOTICE OF NO SOLICITATION FORM - Those wanting to join the NO SOLICITATIONS LIST to opt out of being solicited should complete and submit this form. The list will prohibit solicitation to the addresses on the list in accordance to Ordinance 25-22.
