SCAM ALERT: Beware of False P&Z Invoices Requesting Wire Transfer
The City of Winter Garden has become aware of scam P&Z invoices being sent via email to our customers requesting payment via wire transfer. These are phishing emails guised as official City of Winter Garden invoices (even including official City logo and referencing a specific planning project and customer name). DO NOT CLICK & DO NOT PAY.

City's Payment Process:
Payment is always collected at the time of application submittal.
Additional fees associated with Planning projects may be charged via an invoice following application submittal. This invoice will be sent via mail or email.
