The pilot program provides free funding to qualified homeowners to fix essential exterior and interior home repairs.
The intent of the program is to help preserve the homes and heritage in the Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood.
The program is funded by the City of Winter Garden, with the support of Orange County Government, and in partnership with One Winter Garden.
