Individuals who are interested in employment with the Winter Garden Fire Rescue Department should first review the Firefighter’s job description for important information about this entry level position.

All Firefighter candidates are required to have current (within the 12 months prior to application) FireTeam and CPAT assessments through the National Testing Network (NTN).

All fire department candidates are required to fill out an online Prescreener in order to be considered for employment. The Prescreener will only be available when a position is open.

If it is determined that you are a viable candidate AND positions are available, you will be contacted by the Winter Garden Fire Rescue Department with further instructions. All Prescreener submissions will be deleted from our files on September 30th of each year.
