The Public Services Department, under the direction of Donald R. Cochran, Assistant to the City Manager for Public Services, is comprised of nine separate Divisions. Each Division provides essential services and infrastructure upgrades and maintenance for the citizens of Winter Garden:

• Water & Reclaimed Water Division
• Water Treatment & Pumping Division
• Wastewater & Reclaimed Water Division
• Wastewater Treatment Division
• Stormwater Division
• Engineering Division
• Environmental Services Division
• Streets Division
• Solid Waste Division

Public Services facilities are located throughout the City, with the main business office in City Hall at 300 West Plant Street in downtown Winter Garden.  All inquiries or concerns can be directed to the main City Hall phone number, (407) 656-4111.  Mr. Cochran can be reached at Extension 2263.  Karen Vega, Administrative Assistant, can be reached at Extension 2296, and the Office Assistant, Shirley Jackson, can be reached at Extension 2012.
