Miscellaneous Inspections

Fences, Electric Service upgrades (on existing and inhabited locations should be coordinated with the inspection department if limiting service down time is desired), Mechanical change outs, Plumbing and other similar permits usually require only a final inspection.

Sheds that are site built may need more than a final inspection. Ask about inspections when permitting a shed.

Screen Enclosures generally require only a final inspection

Gas piping & Propane require piping pressure test and final inspection

Solar Panels require only a final inspection Roofs require a dry in (in progress with metal flashing installed) inspection and a final inspection
