Pools:

1) Steel and ground

2) Deck pre-pour and line pressure (10-lbs minimum). All decks must have a thickened edge, with a bonded
bar of steel. If any portion of the pool deck is to be roofed over, termite pre-treatment and a vapor barrier must be installed.

3) Final grading

4) Final pool equipment must be operational and grading complete. All pool enclosures are done in conjunction with a pool final so that the enclosure bonding can be inspected.
