When is the cut-off date for non-payment?

Cut-off dates change monthly. The dates are located on the bottom of your Utility billing each month.

What is the service charge amount for a non-payment disconnection?

The non-payment disconnection fee is $15.00. This charge will be billed on the next monthly utility bill.

How can I pay my monthly Utility Bill payment?

Payments may be mailed, paid in person, placed in the night drop box, payments can also be automatically deducted monthly from your checking or savings account, or you can pay online or by phone with a credit card or debit card.
